The following is intended to assist our customers in understanding the terms of our warranty,
the circumstances under which we will honor claims, and the procedure for making such claims.
Warranties and Returns:
Florida Water Blast Inc. does not warranty any item except those manufactured by Florida
Water Blast, Inc.. All warranties are presented to the original manufacturer and must be return-
ed prepaid to said manufacturer accompanied by a Returned Authorization Number (RAN)
which Florida Water Blast. can obtain for you. Any item that is ordered incorrectly and must be
returned to Florida Water Blast Inc. will be credited at full purchase price, less a 20% restocking
fee, which if a credit card was used for the purchase, will be credited toward that credit card. If
payment was made by check, a credit will be issued to the customers account and may be re-
deemed on the next order. Return of these items must be prearranged and accompanied by an
RAN number freight pre-paid to Florida Water Blast Inc. No returns will be accepted after 30
days of original invoice date. Any item returned must be in NEW/UNUSED condition.
Florida Water Blast, Inc. disclaims and denies any liability for any direct, indirect, special, inci-
dental or consequential damages which may be suffered as a result of sale, delivery, servicing,
use, loss of any product, downtime, labor, freight or other charges not expressly included here-
in. The only liability and the total liability of Florida Water Blast, Inc. under this limited war-
ranty or in any claim regarding or involving General Pump is expressly limited to the replace-
ment or purchase price of the product.
Any product returned to Florida Water Blast, Inc. should be shipped prepaid with a copy of the
sales receipt to 12995 Automobile Blvd. Clearwater, Florida, 33762.

The following items are not warranted, due to matters beyond GP Companies, Inc. control:
1. Normal wear and tear to parts that are considered standard wear parts;
2. Defects caused by the fault or negligence of the buyer or third party;
3. Use of unauthorized repair parts;
4. Modifications made by the customer
